Returns & Exchanges

At Kyra Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges for unused, non-customized products within 14 days of delivery.

Please note the following:

  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Any signs of wear, use, or damage will void eligibility for a return or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@kyra-store.site with your order details. Our support team will guide you through the process.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item has a manufacturing defect within 1 year of purchase, we will gladly repair, replace, or refund it.

However, issues caused by improper use, external damage, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not covered under our warranty.

Exchanges

We offer free size/color/model exchanges within 30 days of purchase for customers located within the U.S. only.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received: unused, and in original packaging.

To start an exchange, contact us at support@kyra-store.site. We’ll send you a return label. Please return the item within 7 days of creating the pre-paid label.

After receiving and inspecting your return:

  • If approved, we’ll send your replacement product.

  • If not approved, you will need to pay shipping for the item to be returned to you.

Refunds

We offer free U.S. returns within 30 days of delivery.

International customers must pay for return postage (this cost will be deducted from your refund).

Important notes:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unused, and in original packaging.

Not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom/personalized items

  • Final sale items

  • Products sold at 30% off or more

  • Gift cards

Sale items can only be returned for store credit.

How to request a refund:

  • For U.S. customers: You can access our return portal through your customer account, or email our support team at support@kyra-store.site with your order number.

  • For international customers: Please email support@kyra-store.site to initiate your return.

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the posting.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@kyra-store.site.
