Order Processing
All orders placed on kyra-store.site are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
If we experience a high volume of orders or shipping delays outside our control (such as customs, courier delays, or supply chain issues), processing times may be extended.
Free Shipping – Always
At Kyra Store, we are proud to offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of value or destination.
Domestic (U.S.) orders: Delivered within 5–10 business days.
International orders: Delivered within 10–20 business days (delivery times may vary by country).
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
For international deliveries, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your tracking number within 5 business days after order confirmation, please contact us at support@kyra-store.site.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost or stolen packages: Kyra Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@kyra-store.site with photos of the packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
